Dan has worn many hats-most recently as COO of a 600-bed emergency homeless shelter in NYC, after a long tenure as COO of a large healthcare organization. A proud grad of Taylor University and Indiana Wesleyan (MBA), Dan blends business savvy with a heart for service. He and his wife, Karen, have seven kids (two adopted from Ethiopia) and seven grandkids. Outside work, Dan enjoys road biking, cooking, and chopping wood like it’s a sport.
Ricky brings a rich background to his work with Advance!, where he serves by building strong relationships with students and community partners. He has been an ordained minister for more than 20 years and is an author of 30 books, and he previously owned and operated a successful restoration company. Outside of work, he enjoys writing, fishing, running, and swimming. Ricky comes from a legacy of family in ministry, carrying forward a tradition of faith and service.
