Every individual who goes through Advance! is hand selected by one of our 30+ sending partners. Then each student graduates from our 30 hours of intensive training.
Post-graduation, each graduate is provided with one-on-one relationship driven coaching and ultimately connection with one of our hiring partners.
After a graduate gets a job, the journey has just begun. We provide 6 months of formal ongoing support and a lifetime guarantee to our graduates.
